Prices are net wholesale to the trade.

We sell to businesses only.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Minimum order:$250. Reorders: $200.00

Samples:

When ordering a sample it is the cost of the item
plus a $10 service charge, plus freight.

Samples are a final sale.

Stock:

Our Acrylic Display items are manufactured in the USA .
Items are manufactured on a daily basis.
Out of stock items have a 3-6 week lead time to manufacture.


Payment:

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Credit Card Processing.

When you provide a credit card for payment, you are providing an Authorization to Display It llc to process your payment and complete the transaction. The payment will be held as pending until your order has shipped. Your Authorization will remain valid for up to 30 Days. If your payment requires a currency conversion, the exchange rate (which includes a Currency Conversion Fee) will be determined at the time Display It llc processes your payment and completes the transaction.

  • SPECIAL AND CUSTOM ORDERS 
  • Special Orders and Custom Orders require a 2/3rd non-refundable deposit and are a final sale.
    Balance ships net/30 with credit card authorization.
  • Foreign orders ship prepaid by wire transfer and are a Final Sale.
    A credit card on file is required for payment for all freight/duties/taxes
    charged to us after the shipment.

Shipping:

FOB: warehouse direct.
We charge the UPS/Fedex/Common Carrier freight cost plus a handling fee.

We are happy to use your Fedex or UPS account for shipping.
All orders have a handling fee.

Foreign Orders ship collect or on your account.

Lead Time :

Orders will normally ship out 3 - 5 business days
from your order date for in stock items.
3-6 weeks for out of stock items.

Special Handling

Do you need your order shipped to multiple locations?
For a nominal handling fee
we will Drop Ship anywhere you choose.

Returns:
All ordes are a final sale including: Stock items, Made To Order (MTO)items, Custom and Special Orders,
Volume Orders and Foreign Orders are a Final Sale.

 


 

 




Claims/Damage:

Please open all boxes immediately.

Call us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise and
1. email photos of the damaged item/s and shipping boxes
2. Include a complete description of the damage.
3. keep boxes/packing materials for UPS/Fedex/Common Carrier claims.
The above and following procedures must be followed or claim will be invalid.

For all deliveries:
1. If a box appears damaged have the driver note this on the
delivery record
at the time of delivery.
2. if damaged merchandise is discovered after you open the boxes,
call us immediately to put in a damage report.
3. Save the box and all packing materials for the carrier to inspect the damage.
4. We will file the claim and send you a replacement unless you would prefer a credit.
5. If you need a replacement before we receive the carrier credit, then we will charge you for the replacement and credit you when the carrier (UPS/Fedex/Truck) credits us.

Note: for collect shipments you must file your claims directly with the carrier.
