Claims: Call within
3 days of receipt of merchandise and the following
procedures must be followed or claim will be invalid. For
ALL Shipments: If a box appears damaged upon delivery of
goods, note this on the delivery record at the time of
delivery. If damaged merchandise is discovered after
receipt, call us immediately to put in a damage report. Save
the box and all packing materials for the carrier to inspect
the damage. We will file the claim and send you a
replacement at no charge (or a credit if the goods are not
in stock.) If you need the replacement before we receive the
damage report, then we will bill you for the replacement and
credit you only upon receipt of inspection report and goods.

Returns:
No merchandise may be returned without a Return
Authorization Number.
Authorized
returns are subject to a 30% or minimum of $25.00 restocking
charge.
Returned
goods must be unused and packaged in original cartons and
packing material and shipped prepaid with return number
within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Credit is
subject to inspection by our receiving department. Items in
perfect resale condition will be credited.
Custom/Special orders are a final sale .
All Christmas Foliage and Decor is a final sale October
1st.
"Ship

For net/30 terms we accept a visa/mc/amex credit card to

Foreign orders: items ship prepaid by wire transfer, freight
is charged to a credit card.
Special
Orders and custom orders require a 2/3rd non-refundable
deposit and are a final sale.
Balance ships net/30 with credit card authorization.
